We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Diagnostic Technician in Crawley, West Sussex. This opportunity is ideal for experienced vehicle technicians seeking to enhance their career within a reputable automotive dealership committed to innovation and service excellence.
 Our client is looking for a skilled Diagnostic Technician with a proactive approach to vehicle diagnostics and repairs. The successful individual will join a forward-thinking team equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, working with a wide range of vehicles including electric and hybrid models.

Conduct complex diagnostic, warranty, and service repairs on a variety of vehicles
Perform EV diagnostics and repairs (if qualified) in line with manufacturer standards
Utilise diagnostic software and equipment effectively to identify and resolve vehicle faults
Carry out hydraulic repairs and mechanical work safely and accurately
Mentor and support Apprentice Technicians, sharing technical expertise
Maintain high safety and quality standards on every vehicle serviced and repairedRequirements of the Diagnostic Technician:

Minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Recognised Diagnostic qualification is essential
Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician or skilled mechanic preferred
Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to safety and quality standards
