Are you a passionate Drama Teacher who can inspire creativity and confidence in the classroom?
Do you have strong classroom management and the ability to engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4?
Are you looking for a full-time Drama Teacher role with the potential to secure a permanent position?

The school is looking to take on a dedicated Drama Teacher on a full-time basis from September to cover a maternity leave, with the potential for the role to become permanent. The successful Drama Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4, fostering creativity, building confidence, and maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

The successful Drama Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Drama specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching Drama up to Key Stage 4
• Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
• A passion for performing arts and student engagement
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching
