Job Description

Prospero Teaching is recruiting qualified Drama Teachers to work across secondary schools and academies throughout the Midlands. We are looking to connect with enthusiastic Drama specialists for flexible daily supply, long-term placements and permanent opportunities. Roles may involve teaching Drama across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with Key Stage 5 opportunities available in some schools. Experience teaching Performing Arts or contributing to school productions and extracurricular activities is also welcomed. We welcome applications from experienced teachers, Early Career Teachers and teachers returning to the profession. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), demonstrate strong Drama subject knowledge and have effective classroom and behaviour management skills. Experience teaching within UK secondary education is required. You must have the right to work in the UK and hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
