E-commerce Executive

Location: Leicester

Salary: Up to £28,000PA

Monday - Friday / 40 Hour week / Ongoing training and development / 20 + 8 Days Holiday / + Many more perks!

Accept Recruitment Ltd are pleased to be working with one of our leading clients that has been established for over 5 + years' within the industry.

Our client is an established retailer that specialise in Vape and CBD products, our client has seen year on year growth and as such they are looking to further expand their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Oversee and manage all e-commerce platforms including B2B and B2C

  * Add POS items to online stores and make them available to customers under specified conditions

  * Run deals and promotions across both B2B and B2C channels

  * Monitor and optimise website performance using data-driven strategies

  * Participate in website development projects when necessary

  * Coordinate with third-party services (E.g., Shopify, Worldpay, DPD) to resolve issues or implement improvements

  * Produce weekly and monthly performance reports

  * Assist in planning and implementing SEO strategies

  * Research tools and services to enhance SEO and online visibility (e.g., Price sync for price comparison).

  * Manage and replenish inventory on Amazon and eBay

  * Optimise Amazon and eBay listings to maximise sales

  * Generate marketplace-specific reports as requested by internal stakeholders

  * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-commerce platforms and IT systems

  * Set up new computers, repairs, resolve phone and internet issues, and ensure software compatibility

  * Create staff logins for internal systems and applications

  * Train field sales staff on efficient use of e-commerce platforms and apps and provide on going support

Skills & Qualifications:

  * Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (shopify preferred) with over 5 + years if hands on experience

  * Strong technical skills in website maintenance and IT troubleshooting

  * Experience with SEO strategies and digital marketing tools

  * Familiarity with Amazon and eBay marketplace management
