Are you a passionate Early Years professional with a heart for nurturing the littlest learners? We are looking for an inspiring Baby Room Lead (Level 3 or above) to join our vibrant, expanding nursery family in the heart of Cambridge.

Our setting is a beautifully refurbished, nurturing environment where social and emotional development takes centre stage. From our magical outdoor garden with Forest School sessions to our cozy, modern indoor spaces, we provide the perfect backdrop for you to shape young lives.

The Details

Location: Cambridge (Prime location! Just a 2-minute walk from the station).

Salary: £15.85 per hour.

Hours: Full-Time (Monday-Friday) with flexible rota options between 7:30am - 6:00pm.

Schedule: We operate 48 weeks a year (Enjoy guaranteed time off: closed for 2 weeks in August, 1 week at Easter, and the Christmas break).

What You'll Bring

As the Baby Room Lead, you will oversee the care and early education of our 1-2 year olds, ensuring a safe, creative, and inspiring environment.

Essential:

Qualification: Level 3 (or equivalent) in EYFS or higher.

Experience: A proven track record of working with toddlers (1-2 years).

Passion: A genuine drive to make a difference in a child's first steps of development.

Desirable:

Previous experience in a supervisory or Room Lead role.

Current Paediatric First Aid qualification.
