Job Title: Early Years Practitioner / Early Years Educator
 Location: Islington, North London
 Start Date: November 2025
 Pay: £110-£120 per day (PAYE)
 Hours: Shift patterns available - 8:30am-4:30pm / 9:00am-5:00pm / 10:00am-6:00pm
 Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term time only)

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and child-centred Early Years Practitioner to join a warm, supportive and well-established nursery team in Islington. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an environment that champions high-quality childcare, meaningful learning experiences and the holistic development of every child.

You will be joining a team that celebrates creativity, curiosity and the importance of play. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong Early Years expertise and a commitment to ensuring children feel safe, inspired and excited to learn every day.

We would love to hear from you if you:

Hold a CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)

Have solid experience working with children aged 6 months to 4 years in a nursery or EYFS setting

Possess a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and can plan engaging, developmentally appropriate and imaginative activities

Are confident supporting children's personal, social and emotional development through a nurturing, relationship-focused approach

Can complete accurate observations and assessments while maintaining high-quality records

Work well as part of a team and contribute to a warm, inclusive and inspiring Early Years environment

Hold Paediatric First Aid (desirable but not essential)
