Job Description

We are excited to be recruiting a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our small, friendly, and supportive team as soon as possible. If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and early education for young children, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for a practitioner who is reliable, well organised, and able to think on their feet in a busy and nurturing environment. The successful candidate will have solid, hands-on childcare experience, specifically with babies and children under the age of two. You will play a key role in delivering engaging activities, supporting children’s development, and creating a warm, safe, and stimulating atmosphere where every child can flourish.

As part of our close-knit team, you will contribute to daily routines, maintain excellent communication with families, and work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of care. We value enthusiasm, flexibility, and a genuine passion for early years education.

Salary:
The salary for this role is dependent on qualifications and experience and ranges from £28,782.00 to £31,590.00, based on a 41–45 hour working week.
