EYFS Teacher - Full Time

Start date: September 2026
 Salary: MPS 1-6

Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and community-focused primary school in Salford from September 2026. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Early Years setting within a school that places a strong emphasis on inclusion, pastoral care and early development. The provision is well-resourced, with a strong focus on outdoor learning, language development and creating a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive.

About the Role:

Deliver high-quality, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe and supported
Plan engaging activities that promote early language, communication and social development
Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Build strong relationships with parents, carers and external professionals
Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with the Early Years teamThe Ideal Candidate Will:

Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development
Be passionate about child-centred learning and inclusive practice
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
Be warm, patient and committed to supporting every child's individual needs
