Geography Teacher (ECT)

Salary: Main Pay Scale (MPS) 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Geography Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our successful Humanities department at a thriving secondary school near Braintree. 
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a supportive, forward-thinking school with a strong commitment to professional development and staff wellbeing. 

The Role 
The successful candidate will: 
· Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4 (with potential KS5 opportunities as you progress) 
· Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire curiosity about the world 
· Contribute positively to the Humanities department and wider school community 
· Plan, assess and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
