Job Title: EHS Campus Lead

Salary: €100,000 - €105,000 + travel + benefits
We are currently recruiting for an experienced EHS Campus Lead to join a leading data centre contractor on a major hyperscale project in Dublin, Ireland.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety performance across an entire data centre campus. You will lead the EHS strategy, manage site safety teams, ensure full compliance with Irish and EU legislation, and work closely with project leadership to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the overall Environmental, Health & Safety strategy across the project campus.
* Manage and mentor EHS Managers, Advisors, and subcontractor safety teams.
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve Construction Stage Health & Safety Plans.
* Review and approve RAMS, Method Statements, Safe Plans of Action, and Permit-to-Work systems.
* Drive proactive risk management and ensure hazards are identified and mitigated.
* Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* Present EHS performance reports to senior management and client representatives.
* Monitor subcontractor compliance with project and company safety standards.
* Promote a positive behavioural safety culture across all project teams.
* Oversee statutory inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance.
* Manage EHS training, inductions, competency programmes, and PPE compliance.
* Work closely with Construction, QA/QC, Commissioning, and Client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across the campus.
Requirements
* Degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related discipline.
* 8-10+ years' experience in a senior EHS role on large-scale construction projects.
* Previous experience leading EHS teams on major construction or data centre projects.
* Strong knowledge of Irish and EU Health & Safety legislation.
* Experience developing and implementing project-wide EHS strategies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems.
* Ability to work within fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
* Data centre experience is highly desirable.
