Electrical Assemblers!

Wise Employment are seeking an Electrical Assembler with hands-on production experience to join an amazing company based in Plymouth.

This opportunity is working Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm and Fridays 8:00 – 12:30pm, where you will earn £12.99 per hour with overtime when available at a time and a half.

The role involves assembling and wiring electronic products while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

As Electrical Assemblers, you will be responsible for:

Coil winding and sealing
Loom preparation (wiring, crimping, stripping)
PCB assembly, soldering, conformal coating
Rack wiring and general mechanical assembly
Use of soldering equipment
Keeping the work area clean and safe
Supporting continuous improvement activities
To be successful as an Electrical Assembler you will need:

Experience in a production/assembly environment
Ability to read assembly drawings and wiring diagrams
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Team-focused and flexible
