Job Description

Electrical Director London £100k+

Our client is looking for a director to develop and grow their UK division. The successful candidate will be an experienced Manager with proven history in operational growth and scaling up a business within the electrical sector.

The scope of the role will also include taking ownership of the existing Electrical projects from conception to completion, managing a team overseeing all aspects of the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of various projects.

Responsibilities

  * Responsibility for the development and management of the division

  * Plan, develop and implementing the strategy for the operational management of project delivery to ensure that the agreed organisational performance plans are met within the agreed budgets and timescales

  * Responsible for issue resolution activities with clients and subcontractors

  * Managing and controlling departmental expenditure within agreed budgets

  * Ensure compliance with safety regulations

  * Production of Risk and Method Statements

Requirements

  * Significant experience in a Senior/Leadership position within the Electrical Sector

  * Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  * Ability to work on initiatives at both strategic and macro level

  * Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

  * Proven experience in developing and implementing and reporting on robust processes and procedures to ensure compliance

  * The ability to negotiate, influence and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  * Strong report writing and analysis skills
