We're Hiring: Electrical Engineer - Industrial Site
 📍 Location: Fawley, Southampton
 💷 Salary: £40,000 per annum
 🕓 Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 5 days per week
 🏗️ Contract: Long-term industrial contract

We are looking for a Safety-Driven Electrical Engineer to join our multi-skilled team on a large, high-hazard industrial site in Hampshire. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of electrical systems, focusing on electrical maintenance and ensuring strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety & Compliance: Ensure work complies with safety legislation, site rules, and safe systems of work.

Electrical Maintenance: Perform preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and implementing repairs.

Teamwork: Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and provide technical support.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in industrial electrical systems.

Strong knowledge of electrical safety and compliance.

Recognised electrical qualification (apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent).

Full UK driving licence.
