Job Description

Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support a major office refurbishment project in Leeds city centre, with further projects to follow across Leeds. This is a permanent opportunity offering the chance to lead the electrical package on a high-profile commercial development while becoming part of a contractor with a strong and growing presence in the region.

Roles and Responsibilities

  * Managing the electrical package from pre-construction through to completion and handover

  * Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

  * Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget

  * Overseeing electrical installations including power, lighting, containment, fire alarms, and associated systems

  * Managing procurement, labour requirements, and project resources

  * Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues as they arise

  * Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and quality standards

  * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams

Skills and Qualifications Required

  * Strong electrical background within commercial construction projects

  * Proven experience managing large-scale projects as an Electrical Project Manager or M&E Project Manager

  * Experience delivering office refurbishment projects would be advantageous

  * Strong leadership and organisational skills

  * Commercial awareness and the ability to manage project programmes effectively

  * Commitment to health and safety and quality standards

  * Based within or able to work in Leeds
