About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a large scale commercial construction project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced site environment and has a strong background in managing teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering high quality installations on time and within budget.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  * Supervise and coordinate day to day electrical activities on site

  * Manage and support a team of electricians and subcontractors

  * Ensure all work complies with current regulations, drawings, and specifications

  * Conduct site inspections and quality checks

  * Maintain health & safety standards and enforce site policies

  * Liaise with project managers, main contractors, and other trades

  * Monitor progress against programme and report on milestones

  * Order materials and manage site resources efficiently

  * Assist with commissioning and handover processes

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

  * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects

  * Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

  * SSSTS or SMSTS certification

  * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and installation methods

  * Excellent leadership and communication skills

  * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  * Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
