Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works on a commercial construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site-based electrical teams, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities

  * Supervise and coordinate electrical operatives and subcontractors on site.

  * Monitor progress against project schedules and deadlines.

  * Ensure all electrical works comply with relevant regulations, specifications, and safety requirements.

  * Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

  * Review drawings, plans, and technical documentation.

  * Coordinate with project managers, site managers, and other trades.

  * Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.

  * Manage materials, tools, and equipment requirements.

  * Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture on site.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements

  * Gold ECS + SSSTS

  * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial construction projects.

  * Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.

  * Strong understanding of commercial electrical installations and industry standards.

  * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

  * First Aid certification advantageous.
