Job Description

We Build Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to start work in Accrington from 08/06/2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor to join an ongoing commercial project on a listed building, overseeing electrical installation works and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Job Details:

  * Location: Accrington

  * Start Date: 08/06/2026

  * Duration: Approx. 15 weeks

  * Hours: Monday to Friday – 50 hours per week

  * Pay Rate: £30.00 per hour

Duties will include:

  * Supervising electrical operatives on site

  * Overseeing 1st and 2nd fix electrical installation works

  * Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

  * Coordinating works with site management and other trades

  * Maintaining quality standards and keeping works on schedule

  * Working on a listed commercial building, therefore attention to detail and experience in similar environments is preferred

Requirements:

  * Valid JIB Card

  * SSSTS Certificate

  * IPAF Licence

  * Own tools

  * Full PPE

  * Previous supervisory experience on commercial projects

  * Ability to manage site activities effectively and communicate well with both operatives and management

This is a long-term opportunity with good hours available for the right candidate.
