Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a residential construction project. You will be responsible for supervising electrical works on site, coordinating trades, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone with strong residential electrical experience and excellent site management skills.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

  * Supervise and coordinate electrical installations across the residential build.

  * Manage electricians and subcontractors on site.

  * Plan daily works and coordinate electrical activities with other trades and site management.

  * Ensure all electrical works are completed to the required standards, drawings and specifications.

  * Monitor progress, quality and productivity.

  * Identify and resolve site issues quickly and effectively.

  * Liaise with the Site Manager, project management team, contractors and suppliers.

  * Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and relevant electrical regulations.

  * Carry out inspections and quality checks.

  * Manage materials, deliveries and electrical resources.

  * Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and programmes.

  * Maintain accurate site records and report on progress.

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

  * Gold ECS

  * SSSTS / SMSTS

  * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor

  * Strong experience working on residential construction projects.

  * Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.

  * Excellent knowledge of electrical installation standards and regulations.

  * Previous experience supervising electricians and subcontractors.

  * Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.

  * Strong communication and organisational skills.
