Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools | Leeds

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning across secondary schools in Leeds. Working on a day-to-day, short-term, or long-term basis, the Cover Supervisor will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-planned lessons and learning continues in a positive environment.

A successful Cover Supervisor will:

  * Have experience working with young people in a secondary school, college, youth work, coaching, tutoring, or similar setting.

  * Be confident managing classrooms and promoting positive behaviour.

  * Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
