If you're an experienced Electrical Technician who loves problem‑solving, enjoys a varied workload, and wants to be part of a positive, fast‑moving engineering team—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  * Carrying out electrical maintenance, servicing, and repairs across a range of modern agricultural and production equipment

  * Diagnosing electrical faults and keeping the plant operating efficiently and safely

  * Supporting machinery upgrades, installs, and continuous improvement projects

  * Performing planned preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and boost reliability

  * Working closely with production and engineering teams in a friendly, collaborative environment

What You’ll Bring

  * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) – essential

  * Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or heavy machinery environments an advantage

  * Strong electrical fault‑finding and maintenance skills

  * A positive, proactive attitude and a hands‑on approach

  * Ability to work confidently on your own and as part of a team
