Location: Luton (social housing)
Salary: £200 per day
Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a growing team working within social housing across Luton and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent position offering consistent, long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied and void social housing properties

  * Fault finding, testing, and inspection of electrical systems

  * Completing EICRs and remedial works

Requirements:

  * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

  * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

  * 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)

  * Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties

  * Full UK driving licence
