We are currently recruiting for experienced Electricians to join a growing team delivering long-term works across social housing properties in the Newcastle area.
This is a stable, permanent opportunity working on a mix of EICR testing, upgrades and installation works across both occupied and void properties.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Carry out EICR testing and remedial works
*
Electrical upgrades and installations
*
Day-to-day maintenance within social housing
*
Working on void properties and tenanted homes
*
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
*
Achieving “first time fix” wherever possible
✅ Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
*
City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
*
18th Edition (BS7671)
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
*
Full UK Driving Licence
*
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
