Job Description

Enjoy a permanent Electrician in the Maidstone area role working on across tenanted domestic properties, with structured hours and the opportunity to develop your technical skills across a wide range of electrical systems.   This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional maintenance team delivering reactive maintenance, fault finding, and planned maintenance. With consistent Monday to Friday hours, varied systems to work on, and a supportive environment, this role offers long-term stability and interesting work for an experienced Electrician. I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Electrical Technician, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, or within facilities or building services maintenance roles. As an Electrician, you will be: Working across a properties completing electrical maintenance Responding to reactive breakdowns and emergency electrical issues Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and statutory testing Fault finding and repairing systems such as lighting, emergency lighting, alarms and controls Supporting minor electrical installations and small project worksI’d love to speak to anyone who has: A full UK driving licence Their own tools ECS Gold Card Experience within social housing, domestic properties or on an MOD contractThe role is offering the following benefits: Annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000 Company van and fuel card Specialist tools provided Overtime and call out options Full time, consistent work Pension scheme 40 hours a week This Electrician position offers consistent weekday working hours of 40 hours per week, daytime shifts, providing a strong work-life balance while still offering varied overtime and call out opportunities.
