The Role

You will join a growing and highly regarded team advising on a full range of employment matters, including:

Employment Tribunal litigation (unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing)
Day-to-day HR and advisory support
Disciplinary and grievance processes
TUPE and transactional support
Settlement agreements and exit strategiesThe role offers a high level of responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners in a genuinely collaborative environment.

The Candidate

1PQ+ Employment Solicitor
Experience in employment law (respondent)
Confident managing client relationships
Commercial and pragmatic in approach
Keen to develop within a specialist teamThe Firm
