Engineering Supervisor

Principle Objective
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Electrical Supervisor is responsible for the safe, effective and compliant delivery of electrical maintenance and improvement activities across site operations.
The role provides hands‑on technical leadership to the electrical team, ensuring planned and reactive electrical work is completed safely, efficiently and to required standards, while supporting plant reliability and continuous improvement. The Electrical Supervisor acts as a key interface between operations, maintenance and engineering management, leading by example and maintaining high standards of electrical safety and performance.
Knowledge & Experience
* Time‑served Electrical qualification with relevant trade certification and/or apprenticeship.
* Proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems including motors, drives, PLC‑controlled equipment, instrumentation and automation interfaces.
