English Teacher Needed in Caerphilly (Long-Term Role) - Immediate Start

£172.98 per day | Supportive School | Excellent Reputation

Aspire People are proud to be working in partnership with a well-respected secondary school in the Caerphilly area to recruit an English Teacher for a long-term position available for an immediate start.

The Role:
Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
Monitoring pupil progress and providing meaningful feedback
Creating a positive, well-managed classroom environment
Working collaboratively within a supportive English department and wider school team
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS (or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
Have recent experience teaching English within a UK secondary school
Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
Be reliable, professional, and committed to supporting pupil progress
Hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
