Entry Level Sales Associate

📍 Manchester City Centre (On-site)

💰 £25,000 base + uncapped commission

💰 £30-35,000+ OTE in first year

We're on the lookout for ambitious, driven people who want to dive into the world of sales and 360 recruitment! 6-12+ months sales experience or 180 recruitment is desirable, as well as energy, confidence, and the hunger to succeed.

🚀 What You'll Be Doing

Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis
Growing your niche market within engineering, renewables or technology
Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
Working towards clear targets (and smashing them!)💡 What We're Looking For
