Job Description

A fast‑paced production site is looking for a detail‑focused ERP Operator to support decant and packing operations. You’ll ensure accurate data entry, correct labelling, smooth workflow, and strong communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Enter job data accurately into the ERP system (Prophet or similar).

Ensure correct labelling, waste capture, and product specifications.

Follow production plans and provide clear shift handovers.

Complete paperwork accurately and report issues promptly.

Maintain high hygiene, housekeeping, and Health & Safety standards.

Support supervisors and communicate effectively with the wider team.

Skills & Experience

Strong computer and admin skills.

Good communication and attention to detail.

Flexible, reliable, and able to prioritise.

Experience with ERP systems preferred.
