NetSuite Support Engineer / IT & Systems Engineer

Location: Norwich or London (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Department: IT / Business Systems

Are you an experienced NetSuite professional looking to take ownership of a business‑critical environment? We are partnering with a global company to hire a NetSuite Support Engineer / IT & Systems Engineer, responsible for driving stability, improvements, and optimisation across their NetSuite landscape and wider digital systems.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, Group IT, and third‑party vendors to enhance processes, deliver projects, and keep systems performing at their best.

The Role

You will act as the go‑to specialist for NetSuite across the business, providing 2nd‑line application support, managing enhancements, and leading project work across integrations, upgrades, and workflow improvements.
Key responsibilities include:

  * Providing day‑to‑day operational support for NetSuite and wider digital systems.

  * Troubleshooting issues, maintaining SLAs, and managing system documentation.

  * Building and enhancing workflows, SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, and dashboards.

  * Coordinating vendors, managing SLAs, and supporting governance & security.

  * Delivering improvements, integrations, UAT, and structured upgrades.

  * Collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Group IT to optimise systems and processes.

  * Ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and strong change control practices.

What You’ll Need

  * 2–5+ years’ hands‑on NetSuite administration or support experience

  * Strong skills in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, workflows, and saved searches.

  * Background in troubleshooting, integrations, and general IT support.

  * Experience in project delivery, upgrades, and vendor management.

  * Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  * Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite in a multi‑site or complex environment is highly desirable.

Nice to Have:

  * NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer).

  * Experience with SDF, dashboards, finance processes.
