  * This surely has to be one of the best paid Sales Progressors role in Essex with a basic salary of £25,000 plus 1% office commission PAID MONTHLY on completions and where you will be dealing with the running sales for 3 offices with combined bankings of £1.4 to £1.45million and the on target earnings of £39,000 to £40,000 are very accurate.

  * Working alongside the Sales Negotiators you will be sales progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion.

  * This role heavily involves telephone liaison and administration, as you will be dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Owners.

  * Chasing the progression from each party, making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place.

  * Successful candidates will have experience working within an Estate Agents.
