Estate Agent Lister

  * Basic salary £30,000 and potentially negotiable with on target earnings of £50,000. Also on offer is a £40,000 salary guarantee for the first 4 months.

  * This position has become available due to promotions within branch and initially the role will be a Senior Negotiator and Lister with a view to promotion to Assistant Manager.

  * Are you currently working in Estate Agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued within your current position?

  * If you are a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager looking for your next career move up the property ladder we would like to hear from you.

Estate Agent Lister

  * This well established and forward-thinking independent Estate Agency is looking to significantly increase its market share and to actively grow the business through valuations and subsequent listings and to enhance still further the reputation of the company for quality and performance.

Estate Agent Lister

  * Experienced in valuing and taking properties onto the market.

  * Experienced in sales progression.

  * Motivated individual.

  * Clean driving license and use of own car for appointments.

  * IT literate.

  * Ability to understand legislation and keep compliant.

  * Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.

  * Basic salary £30,000 and potentially negotiable with on target earnings of £50,000. Also on offer is a £40,000 salary guarantee for the first 4 months. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6:00pm and 9.00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays (5 day working week).
