Job Title: Estimator (Construction)

Location: Woking, Surrey

Salary: DOE

The Role

We are seeking an Estimator to join a construction firm who are based in Surrey but have projects from Aylesbury to Horsham. We are looking to speak to construction Estimators with some flat roofing experience.

The Company

This company is a contractor who specialise in roofing, brickwork and scaffolding across the south east on large residential developments for clients who are top 10 housebuilders.

The role will require

  * Prepare cost estimates from drawings and specifications

  * Attend project meetings

  * Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers

  * Work closely with project management teams with budgets and project programmes

  * Liaise with designers on specifications

  * Manage multiple tenders

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  * Previous experience as a Construction Estimator

  * Ideally good knowledge of flat roofing

  * Must have a full UK driving licence
