About the Role

As an Events Parks Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing and balancing park usage across the city, ensuring they remain accessible, safe, and welcoming for both large-scale events and local community gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Park Use: Manage bookings and site usage via the council's online event portal, ensuring fair access across districts, particularly for major events.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with event organisers, residents, and partners to ensure activities align with park use conditions and community expectations.
Support Approval Processes: Assist in reviewing and approving park use applications, including attending meetings and site visits.What We're Looking For
