Ensuring examination papers, scripts, stationery and confidential materials are received, recorded, stored and dispatched securely. Liaising with students, teaching staff, Heads of Department, examination boards and external organisations. Supporting candidates with agreed access arrangements, including laptop concessions and other reasonable adjustments. Experience of leading an invigilation team, coordinating access arrangements or using examination management and EDI systems would be particularly valuable. Previous experience within specialist education or an autism focused setting would be welcome, but the right approach, strong organisational skills and ability to support young people are equally important. WHAT YOU’LL GET A competitive salary, depending on experience. A permanent, part time role working 20 hours per week across 40 weeks per year. Flexible working hours considered around the requirements of the examination calendar. Free food and refreshments while on duty. Free onsite parking. A choice of contributory pension schemes.
