Job Description

Are you a passionate EYFS Practitioner looking for flexible day to day work in Leeds?

Do you have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and enjoy supporting young children’s development?

Are you reliable, adaptable and able to build relationships quickly within different nursery settings?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of private day nurseries across Leeds. These settings provide warm, welcoming environments that focus on early child development, creativity and learning through play, with strong emphasis on nurturing and inclusive care.

We are looking for an EYFS Practitioner to work on a part time, day to day basis across a variety of nursery settings. The successful EYFS Practitioner will be expected to support children from birth to 5 years, delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework and maintaining a safe and stimulating environment.

The successful EYFS Practitioner will have:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Experience working within EYFS settings
• A strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Adaptability and flexibility across different settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
