The Role – EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant

As a EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support Early years foundation stage students with autism by providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs. You will work alongside the class teacher to support their learning, promoting positive engagement, independence and early development in a safe nurturing environment. You will work full time with pupils up to Year 2 implementing structured routines and strategies supporting their communication, sensory needs and emotional regulation.
