Nursery Practitioner – Sept 2026 Start

Location: Nechells, Birmingham
  Start Date: April 2026
  Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm | Full-time | Potential for permanent contract

Are you a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner looking to join an inspiring early years setting?

We're proud to be working with a fantastic Ofsted-rated “Outstanding” Nursery School in Nechells, Birmingham, who are seeking a caring and proactive practitioner to join their team from September 2026.

Your Role:

You’ll work alongside experienced early years staff to support the learning, play, and development of children aged 3-5. This is a hands-on and rewarding role where you’ll help lay the foundations for a lifelong love of learning.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education

At least 6 months’ experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting

Experience supporting children with SEND is highly desirable

A warm, nurturing, and patient approach to childcare

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for early years development
