Salary: Up to £39,000 starting
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Fabric Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial sites, ensuring buildings remain safe, functional, and operating to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Carry out PPM and reactive fabric maintenance tasks

  * 

    Basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general building repairs

  * 

    Conduct inspections, fault finding, and diagnose issues

  * 

    Complete works to high standards within agreed timescales

  * 

    Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures

  * 

    Provide excellent customer service to site teams and clients

About You:

  * 

    Previous experience in a fabric/building maintenance role

  * 

    Strong multi-skilled background (carpentry, joinery, plumbing, painting, etc.)

  * 

    Great communicator with a professional attitude

  * 

    Able to work independently and manage workload efficiently

  * 

    Full UK Driving Licence (if mobile role)
