The Role:

  * Oversee and support a team of on-site maintenance technicians

    Ensure high-quality delivery of fabric maintenance and FM services

    Maintain compliance, safety standards, and strong service performance

  * 

    Work closely with management and clients to ensure smooth site operations

What We’re Looking For:

    Proven experience working within Facilities Management

  * 

    Strong technical knowledge across building fabric and maintenance disciplines

  * 

    Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

  * 

    Ability to supervise teams and coordinate day-to-day tasks effectively
