Job Description

Job Title: Fabricator – Structural Steel & Heavy Gauge WorkLocation: West Midlands
 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (40 hours/week)  plenty of overtime at time-and-a-half
 Pay: £15–£17 per hour (DOE)

Are you an experienced Fabricator with a passion for precision and craftsmanship?
 Join a leading metal fabrication team working on bespoke, large-scale projects including kilns, furnaces, and custom structural frameworks. This is hands-on fabrication at its best—no production line work, just quality engineering.

What You’ll Be Doing
Fabricating heavy gauge structural steel components from detailed engineering drawings
Cutting, grinding, prepping, and MIG welding to a high standard
Working on bespoke, one-off projects—every job is different
Ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the build processWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience in heavy gauge steel fabrication
Strong MIG welding skills
Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
Experience with bespoke fabrication projects
