Job Description

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facade Site Manager to join a leading Main Contractor on a major project based in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established business delivering high-profile construction projects across the South Coast.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing all façade and external envelope works on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all façade and cladding packages from installation through to completion
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors on site
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with programme requirements
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with specifications and drawings
• Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times
• Liaise closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Clients
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
• Identify and resolve any on-site issues efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Facade Site Manager on large construction projects
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, cladding, curtain walling, and external envelope packages
• Experience working for Main Contractors or specialist façade subcontractors
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations

• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
