Job Description

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Facilities Management Assistant to join Vertas on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    To assist the Account Manager by supporting the management of service delivery and customer satisfaction within a designated number of area-based sites. (Facilities Management Service Level Agreements/Contracts)

  * 

    To undertake an active role in the recruitment, retention, and training / development of frontline Building Cleaning employees through application form assessment and interviewing candidates for cleaning and caretaking positions.

  * 

    To meet and visit customers to ensure the service is providing high levels of customer satisfaction via discussions and planned meetings to review service performance at agreed and required standards.

  * 

    To undertake site visits daily to ensure frontline employees are delivering high service standards and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential Requirements

  * 

    Experience working as a facilities Management Assistant

  * 

    Enhanced DBS

  * 

    Full Uk driving licence
