Class Mate is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs at a primary school in NG16.
This role would suit a calm, resilient Teaching Assistant who can build positive relationships and provide consistent support throughout the school day.
The Role
* Support pupils with SEMH and additional needs
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Help pupils engage with classroom learning
* Support targeted interventions
* Work closely with teaching and SEND staff
We’re Looking For
* Experience supporting children with SEND or SEMH
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Calm and consistent approach
* Ability to build positive relationships
* Good communication and teamwork
* Commitment to safeguarding
