World-leading facilities organisation are looking to recruit a facilities manager responsible for the day-to-day operation and full delivery of Hard & Soft FM services across two client sites in Rotherham,
Identifying improvements and implementing solutions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Achieving both service level and contractually agreed KPIs at the site level and ensuring this does not impact on Contract wide performance.
Provide full support to a team of five employees.
Key contact for both sites, maintaining strong key stakeholder relationships and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.
