Salary: £27,166 - £27,820 per annum Hours per week: 37 hours per week Working pattern: Monday - Thursday 7.5 hours, Friday 7 hours Location: Abingdon & Witney (Working between the two campuses) Contract type: Permanent Abingdon & Witney College is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, highly organised Faculty Administrator to join our dynamic Construction Faculty. If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly, this is the role for you. Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality administrative support across the Construction Faculty and both college sites. * Support parents, students and staff, including managing parent induction presentations and maintaining accurate contact/progression information. * Coordinate student award nominations and ensure deadlines are met. * Support community activities, resource allocation and tracking of spending. * Handle enquiries, monitor Faculty inboxes, manage calls and communications. * Support admissions, enrolment and day-to-day Faculty operations. * Liaise with CIT, Finance, MIS and other college services to resolve issues and ensure compliance. * Organise Faculty events, manage social media, and maintain O365/Teams sites. * Provide administrative support to Faculty managers and academic staff. * Assist with recruitment administration, including coordinating interview days. * Prioritise workload effectively and work flexibly to meet business demands. Essential Experience & Skills: * Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and Level 2 literacy, numeracy and IT. * Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and follow procedures accurately. * Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work methodically. * Confident use of IT systems, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases. * Positive attitude to learning, teamwork and change. * Experience working with the general public and in a team environment. * Flexible approach to working hours. * Able to commute on both sites.
