To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Previous experience in a care or support setting
Strong spoken and written English skills
A full UK manual driving licence
The legal right to live and work in the UK

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping people live fulfilling and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Bringing structure and support to everyday life- From morning to bedtime
Creating fun, person‑centred support- Encourage independence through planning and executing person-centred activities: farms, swimming, shopping, travel, holidays etc
Building meaningful, therapeutic relationships - Support emotional wellbeing, mobility and social inclusion
Keeping accurate records - Contribute to support plans and daily notes
Teamwork -Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionalsThis is a hands on, meaningful role where relationship building is just as important as practical support.
