About the Company
Leading Manufacturer of Enclosures and Busbar Systems. We provide high-quality solutions to Panel Builders across the UK, and we are looking for a driven Field Sales Manager to grow our client base and strengthen customer relationships.
Role Overview
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solutions to The Panel Builder Market. You will work closely with clients to identify their needs, propose tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships. This is a hands-on, technical sales role ideal for someone with an electrical or mechanical background and experience within Panel Building, LV Switchgear and Control Systems
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales across the UK, focusing on new business opportunities
Work closely with Panel Builders to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Identify opportunities to grow the business and increase market share
Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events
Travel approximately 4 days per week to customer sites, 1 day in the office
Skills & Experience Required
Electrical or mechanical background, ideally with experience within the Panel Building, LV Switchgear and Control industry
Technical understanding of switchgear enclosures and bus bars and related systems
Experience working with or exposure to companies such as ABB, Schneider, Siemens, Terasaki, etc.
Ambitious, tenacious, and results-driven
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
Ideally live within a 30–35-mile radius of Manchester
