Job Description

Field service engineer needed to join a company specialising in postal machines and x-rays.

As the field service engineer, your patch will cover everything from Reading to Stevenage.

Knowledge needed:

  * Good electrical or mechanical knowledge with a solid foundation in electronics

  * Ability to demonstrate a solid foundation in working with an array of products

  * Be able to show good territory management

Main responsibilities:

  * Be onsite at your first call by 9am

  * Flexible attitude towards long distance when required

  * Clearing quarterly PM’s within individual areas

  * Diagnose and repair faults in a timely and cost-effective manner

  * Respond to urgent requests out of area if required

This position comes with a company car, laptop, tablet and all the tools required to carry out your day to day responsibilities
