Field Service Engineer, Lothians, up to £50,000 per annum, Permanent

Responsibilities

  * Commission, service, and maintain a wide range of products, including:

      * Electric boilers

      * Commercial heat pumps

      * CHP systems

      * MVHR systems

      * Heat Interface Units (HIUs)

      * EnergiRaven metering systems

  * Verify installer work and conduct detailed installation inspections, including cable and overcurrent checks

  * Ensure all products are installed and maintained in line with manufacturer guidelines

  * Perform fault finding across the full product range

  * Coordinate metering setups (M-Bus and Modbus connections)

  * Work with MVHR systems featuring RS485-type data wiring

  * Assist Gas Safe engineers as required

  * Communicate professionally with clients and deliver exceptional customer service

  * Complete accurate and timely reports via the CRM system

  * Maintain industry-recognised qualifications through CPD

  * Uphold high standards of health and safety at all times

Requirements

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  * Valid ECS card

  * Full UK driving licence

  * Level 3 electro-technical qualification

  * Level 3 NVQ or equivalent

  * AM2

  * Latest BS7671 IEE Wiring Regulations certification
