This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, customer-focused organisation with a strong reputation for excellence. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Controller who can also demonstrate strong finance controller skills when managing arrears and customer accounts.
In this role, you’ll work collaboratively to ensure the efficient and timely collection of arrears across residential, buy-to-let, and commercial mortgage portfolios. You’ll also play a key part in supporting customers who require financial assistance, ensuring they receive the right guidance at the right time.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

Experience within mortgage servicing, arrears management, collections, or a financial support function (essential or preferred depending on level)

Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive customer situations
*
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*
Ability to manage workloads effectively and work to deadlines
*
Knowledge of litigation processes and mortgage operations (advantageous)Before You Apply
